The Story of MC

One bright sunny day in Riyadh while visiting family, I woke up feeling purposeful and determined to want to start a business. Maybe it was a dream that I saw or it could have been the effect of watching too many Skillshare videos that month. Nevertheless, I knew what I wanted. However, sitting in my room during Covid and not knowing where exactly to start, I needed answers. I started my research on things from how to start a business, handmade crafts, checked out other small businesses and explored my own talents of what I may already be good at. My then new best friend (spare leather notebook) took in every idea, every dream, every vision (and a couple of tantrums) for me to finally carefully break down where I had to start - HANDCRAFTS! 

After a few weeks, I came to know where to source my products and suppliers, how to create my website, took courses on eCommerce, marketing, packaging, customer service, and QUALITY (all the good stuff I learned in University). I was more than eager to finally put everything I learned into full action; handcraft with passion, package with class, market with ambition, and learn KUNG FU! (Ok, maybe that last part was a bit much...heh). But I am sure you know what I mean.

The day finally arrived and Madeha's Creations launched in May of 2022 serving you with the best quality handcrafted gifts. Our materials have been sourced from all around the world and we piece everything together in Mississauga, Canada.

There is something so personal about handmade. As a little girl, I was always curious and impressed at the art others possessed of creating out of imagination and inspiration. They left a mark on everything they created, a mark of true happiness and love. Almost as though they were crafting their curiosity (that was deep, right?).
